miracle product - or is there?

Is there even such a thing as a miracle food at all? You look out your window as you drive pass the highways and you see billboards after billboards of slimming products which guarantee success even without exercise and  some promise results even if you don't watch your diet. Eat as much buffet as you want, nasi lemak, lemang, curry, fast food... etc .... even in the newspapers, you see pages and pages of these advertisements... so do they really work? I mean, by what they claimed? Of course a lot of people would be interested. No tiresome gym workout or hiking.. no sufferings from food cravings. Enjoying those alcohols and beers without having the guilt or worry as long as you take the product. If it's that easy, how come the world's obesity percentage is increasing? If's it's that miraculous, why is the percentage of death due to visceral fats has not been decreased? Ever wonder why?

I've always believe the saying "YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW" and definitely "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT" there is always a consequence behind every action. If you think you can get away with taking all those fatty, fried and oily food by consuming a certain product, think again. There is no cheat in health.

A lot of people approached me with their miracle products thinking it's an easy way out to convince people that their product works. Since there is not much to work with on my case. Some even post on my facebook walls so people would mistook me for taking those products and would be convinced to purchase them. These people does the utmost unethical act for money. Food or supplement alone won't help you to obtain health. You need exercise. WHY? I tell you why.... when you exercise, you not only boost up your metabolism to burn fats, but you increase the level of your blood flow which in turn keeps your heart healthy. With strong blood flow, oxygen is being brought to every part of your body so you feel fresh and energize. It keeps your brain in alert mode and even keep your skin healthy by sweating out the toxic. PLUS, exercise will boost your hormones and in return a more satisfying sexual experience. TRUST ME on THIS! LOL..
Hence, reasons to why I promote eating the right food and regular exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You don't have to be like me who's a Health freak. Eating 75% or more healthy food will do you great. the 25% of comfort food won't hurt you at all. I try my best to maintain a 100% healthy food lifestyle. And Like my previous blog, 10 minutes before you start the day is enough to maintain a general health. Of course, if you can build more muscle mass in your body, the effort to maintain will be a lot lesser. The more muscle mass you have, the more fats you burn.

Be reasonable. If you keep dumping junk to a tree and pour acids to its root, the tree will wither very soon. TRUE? If you can water your plant everyday, pouring proper fertilizer and constantly caring for it knowing it will grow to become a strong tree, why can't you think of the same theory being applied to yourself? Of course, there are a lot of slimming products, fiber supplements, fat burners... etc.. but none of these will work if you don't eat right and exercise. the supplements are there just to aid and boost up the level of success. You can do so without these supplements if your are 101% strict with your diet and exercise. But we are humans after all. What Im saying is don't rely fully on these supplements. most of the time, these products are strong and some of them force your body into an unnatural state to perform unnatural extractions..... notice the word "UNNATURAL" these will be harmful to your body in the long run if you rely fully on them for a long period of time. Usually, I would recommend fiber supplements before you begin any program to change your lifestyle because you need to extract the stubborn toxic which has submerged into the system. but after a cycle, it will all depends on your determinations to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Eating the right food, nutrients, vitamins and supplements along with exercise... so please don't be fooled by marketers who promise guaranteed success without effort.
