HUANG CLAN RULES
黄氏家训
(In Chinese)

敦孝悌:

孝悌为百行之道,凡为人子弟者,当尽孝悌之道,不可忍灭天性,吾族香公纯孝,为继远祖美德,兹惟望吾族子孙,宜敦孝悌于家。

睦宗族:

宗亲有万年所同,虽支分派别,则源同一脉,不可相视为秦越。兹惟吾族务宜敦一本之祖,共成宗亲之道。

和乡邻:

乡邻为同井之居,凡出入相支,守望相助,切不可相残相斗,务宜亲异姓,如同骨肉之亲也。

明礼让:

礼让为持已处世道,非徒拜跪坐揖之仪,必使亢戾不萌,骄态不作,庶可成嫌让逊顺之风。

务本业:

士农工商各有其业,古人云:业精于勤,而荒于嬉。惟务本业者,乃得自食其力;自食其力者,而敢不专其事乎。

端士品:

士为四民之首,隆其名正,以贵其实也。故宜居仁由义,以成明体达用之学。若使偷闲,不惟上达无由,且士类有玷。

隆师道:

师道为教化之本,隆师重道,正以崇其教也。若不尊从,不惟教化不行,而且有褒渎之嫌,何得漫言传道。

修坟墓:

坟墓所以藏先人之魂骸,每年宜诣墓祭扫,剪除荆榛去其泥秽,以妥祖灵。切勿挖堀抛露,致使祖宗之怨恫。

戒犯讳:

同源苗裔,每派宜择定一字为名,凡属五服之内,嗣子孙不得犯父兄伯叔之名,也当共避之。

戒争讼:

争讼非立身之道。凡争必有失,讼则终凶。宜以忍让处之为尚,勿致有断情绝义之行,免倾家荡产之悔。

戒非为:

非为乃非人生可作可为之事,凡所行者,必要光明正大,天理良心。切勿贪财设计,贪色行奸,身败名裂,无地自容。

戒犯上:

自古尊卑上下,名分昭然。不得以卑凌尊,以下犯上,宜徐行后长,勿致有犯在上之失之罪也。

戒异端:

异端乃非圣人之道,所作乃无父无君之事也。愿吾族宗盟,若闻邪术妖言,宜必远之,勿至其累害也。

戒法律:

法律者,朝庭之律例也。凡人若犯王法律条,不怕你心如钢如铁,到期必有溶化之刑矣。宜必畏之免之。

戒轻谱:

家谱之修,所以叙一本也。谱编成帙,乃一家之宝,务宜同珍重,以便考查世系。切勿抛弃,以亵祖宗也,宜共凛之。

Respect your elderly, because this is a very important virtue among hundred of virtues. Do not do otherwise to destroy your nature. This is to be a practice among the descendants of Huang.

Treat your relatives that are from the same Huang family well, because they are your relatives of the same origin, even if we are of different branches. Therefore do not treat each other as enemies. Unite as one, and love your relatives.

Treat your neighbors of the same village well, because we share water from the same well. Always treat your neighbors as friends and help each other. It is our duty not to hurt each other and treat your neighbors as if they are your “flesh and bone”.

Be Polite and give sincerely. Always bow and greet other to learn modesty .

Do your work with responsibility. As quoted by our ancestors, “ You will be perfect at what you do with hardwork, but will never succeed if you fool around.” Therefore, we must be responsible and serious in what we do in order to be successful.

Respect the militants as they are the ones who die for us in the war.

Make education as the foundation to deal with the world.

Respect our ancestors who gave life to us and our forefathers.

Give your children good names which does not offending the elderly.

Competitions and accusations must be avoided in order not to break family relationships.

Our every action must be honourable and transparent to everyone and the almighty. Do not act out of greed, selfishness nor lust, but think properly, honestly and sincerely when you see the opportunity.

Walk in the footstep of the elders and avoid offending the ancestors. Through trial and errors have they learn the difference between dignity and inferiority.

We must work in unity against deviant. Keep a distance from people who utter words of evil in order to avoid destruction on ourselves

Respect the law.

Treasure the clan genealogy book.is pass down from our ancestors. It reminds us of where we come from.

Doing it the C70 Way!!

A lot of people will start off with a bang and ended up banging on the wall at the end of the day, being sent to ICU, swear that they will continue on right after discharged only to find themselves on the couch watching soap Drama for the rest of their life till another heat stroke.... and the cycle returns over and over again............ are you one of them?

The Secret to have a continuous relay is to go slow and pick up the pace at a reasonable speed. Do not be intimidate cause I know how it feels like to be carrying a 1.5lbs plates to each side doing a barbell curl next to a monstrous 3 X 30lbs plates barbell sides, puffing and screaming at every curl, veins as thick as a water hose.... but hey, that guy beside you have to start somewhere... even if he tries to intimidate you, he weren't born "Samson" his only advantage is that he started a lot earlier than you... that's all... so quit looking left and right trying to spot a hot chic or hunk and concentrate on ur "IRONS & PLATES"!!! cause that way you will reduce the amount of intimidation....

When I 1st started way back in 90's, I went about it the wrong way... I went ultra Heavy on the 1st day due to my ULTRA motivations... lol.. but only to find myself aching for a good week and out of the gym... momentum was lost..not only that, I injured my muscles too... anyways... mistakes are opportunities to learn and improve...

Start on a reasonable pace.. give it a week or two.. don't have to worry if you are not feeling the pain... nor bout how much sweat u discharged... nor how long the OTHER guy's been on his treadmill... its not about how much muscle u packed in that day or how much fats you've burn..

Eggs and Coffee


Just came back from Tesco. Bought a tray of eggs (Protein source) Wheat Bran Bread (Fiber source), Sardine (Protein source), Salmon (Protein source) well, as you can see, all the ingredient are high in protein and fiber and low in carbohydrate..

anyways, today i tried something new.....

Spicy egg sandwich

Ingredient
2 Egg whites
2 slice Wheat Bran Bread
pinch of Dry chili
pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil

  • 1st extract the egg whites into a bowl
  • heat up the wok with the olive oil
  • once the oil is hot, pour in the egg whites and even it out
  • quickly spread the dry chili and black pepper all over the top of the egg
  • flip it over once to cook
  • spread over the bread

and here is how you prepare a fat burning, high protein, low carbohydrate meal. Of course, without the thick espresso, the meal would be tasteless.... (Sugarless / milkless)

Defining the back

Defining the back is not much of a favourite among the bodybuilders... neither is the Leg exercise... lol.. most of them prefer the biceps, shoulders and the chest. I've received many criticism in the past commenting on me not working much on my back and legs.. but if i were to start then, i would have a very imbalanced body with huge thighs and back making me looking like a crab... so i choose to concentrate on everything else but the back and legs for the 1st 3 months.

oh well, 3 months period ended and so I've been training both the muscle group twice a week and for the past 2 months... here is what i've got for you... im under a new program so if it works within the time period, il post it up :)

Best way to work the outer back is always the chin pull down but there is another option when you can't pull yourself up, pull it down... just make sure u know where ur working and squeeze it

then the other exercise to work the inner back is to use a close grip handle.. whatever style you use it, be it a pull down or seated pull, just squeeze the inner back :P

Horleys Awesome MASS


I've been using this Mass Gainer for the past 2 weeks. iv gain mass but since iv used quite a bit of products because i need to gain in mass quickly for the coming "hottest hunks in Malaysia 09/10 competition, i didn't know which one was working... lol. Iv just purchased Syntha 6 and I AM LOVING IT! the taste is absolutely awesome. I've only tired the chocolate milk shake cause they only have 3 flavours for the biggie 5lbs. Chocolate milk chake, Vanila Ice Cream and Strawberry Milk Shake. Maybe more flavours are coming but gosh, 3 is enough to make ur day for the next few years. The protein mix easily with water and "Its the best tasting protein" so don't have to mix with anything else.

I've only tried this Protein less than a week but I do feel it. Iv only been taking it before my sleep but gosh, I woke up feeling better than ever when i stand in front of the mirror with my 6 pacs tighter and serratus surfacing...... will blog more on the effects right after the 1st tub... :)

Sun Bathing @ Kelana Jaya Swimming Pool

Well, if you are buffed or ripped.. yet, you are as fair as a maiden... non of your hard earned muscles will be showing.. that's why i took matters into my own hand and went all the way to 3K for a sun bathing session. but things didn't turn out the way it is as well, the 3K community weren't at all friendly, the swimming pool is covered with a roof, and even the valet attendant were giving me a hard time. oh well, I took off and back to Kelana Jaya's swimming pool located next to the stadium.

Paid RM4 for entry, checked the locker filled with cobwebs and decides not to use em. tried to look a convertible chair for me to relax on but seems like there is no such service here. so I laid on the tiles waiting for the sun to surface behind the clouds.. I put on Tanning oil on my chest, back and legs but sun block on both my arms cause they are already tanned. lol. I had 1 hr front BBQ and another 1hr for my back. and the result was satisfying. I'm well colored in healthy tan :P going for another BBQ session soon cause i just love the relaxation session :)
