Doing it the C70 Way!!

A lot of people will start off with a bang and ended up banging on the wall at the end of the day, being sent to ICU, swear that they will continue on right after discharged only to find themselves on the couch watching soap Drama for the rest of their life till another heat stroke.... and the cycle returns over and over again............ are you one of them?

The Secret to have a continuous relay is to go slow and pick up the pace at a reasonable speed. Do not be intimidate cause I know how it feels like to be carrying a 1.5lbs plates to each side doing a barbell curl next to a monstrous 3 X 30lbs plates barbell sides, puffing and screaming at every curl, veins as thick as a water hose.... but hey, that guy beside you have to start somewhere... even if he tries to intimidate you, he weren't born "Samson" his only advantage is that he started a lot earlier than you... that's all... so quit looking left and right trying to spot a hot chic or hunk and concentrate on ur "IRONS & PLATES"!!! cause that way you will reduce the amount of intimidation....

When I 1st started way back in 90's, I went about it the wrong way... I went ultra Heavy on the 1st day due to my ULTRA motivations... lol.. but only to find myself aching for a good week and out of the gym... momentum was lost..not only that, I injured my muscles too... anyways... mistakes are opportunities to learn and improve...

Start on a reasonable pace.. give it a week or two.. don't have to worry if you are not feeling the pain... nor bout how much sweat u discharged... nor how long the OTHER guy's been on his treadmill... its not about how much muscle u packed in that day or how much fats you've burn..

Defining the back

Defining the back is not much of a favourite among the bodybuilders... neither is the Leg exercise... lol.. most of them prefer the biceps, shoulders and the chest. I've received many criticism in the past commenting on me not working much on my back and legs.. but if i were to start then, i would have a very imbalanced body with huge thighs and back making me looking like a crab... so i choose to concentrate on everything else but the back and legs for the 1st 3 months.

oh well, 3 months period ended and so I've been training both the muscle group twice a week and for the past 2 months... here is what i've got for you... im under a new program so if it works within the time period, il post it up :)

Best way to work the outer back is always the chin pull down but there is another option when you can't pull yourself up, pull it down... just make sure u know where ur working and squeeze it

then the other exercise to work the inner back is to use a close grip handle.. whatever style you use it, be it a pull down or seated pull, just squeeze the inner back :P

Sun Bathing @ Kelana Jaya Swimming Pool

Well, if you are buffed or ripped.. yet, you are as fair as a maiden... non of your hard earned muscles will be showing.. that's why i took matters into my own hand and went all the way to 3K for a sun bathing session. but things didn't turn out the way it is as well, the 3K community weren't at all friendly, the swimming pool is covered with a roof, and even the valet attendant were giving me a hard time. oh well, I took off and back to Kelana Jaya's swimming pool located next to the stadium.

Paid RM4 for entry, checked the locker filled with cobwebs and decides not to use em. tried to look a convertible chair for me to relax on but seems like there is no such service here. so I laid on the tiles waiting for the sun to surface behind the clouds.. I put on Tanning oil on my chest, back and legs but sun block on both my arms cause they are already tanned. lol. I had 1 hr front BBQ and another 1hr for my back. and the result was satisfying. I'm well colored in healthy tan :P going for another BBQ session soon cause i just love the relaxation session :)
