PERFECT 10 to LIFE

A lot of people think that to obtain health one must work their ass off in the gym and pump till their knees shiver at every step, feels like crawling to their car and drives painfully home. And at home, they don't even feel like cooking or doing any house chores.. hence, the classes became an all time favourite where everyone rush from work to the fitness center to join a group of friends to tire themselves out which made them felt better. The more fatigue they felt, the more they feel their fats torched.... or is it? most of these classes works and they do burn calories... but only if proper nutrition is consumed. If not, the muscles are burnt along with the fats.. sometimes more cause our body is a biological Artificial Intelligence whereby it will do anything to keep our body in neutral state if not perfect. So the less calorie left in the body, the more it will keep fats to save it as emergency energy due to the starvation state and the more muscle it will burn as fuel for the body unless of course, you feed it. Even so, your body's mechanism has already recognized and accepted the new settings thinking you will starve it anytime soon, it will store more fats. So Classes is an awesome workout to torch the fats but without proper guidance, it might just have the opposite effects.... ANYWAYS........

.... that's not what I'm going to emphasis on today... and right here right now, I'm going to take your NO1 reason to procrastinate on obtaining health... "NO TIME" and throw it into the bin... What I'm trying to say is that you don't need a whole 2 hrs a day o 4 or even 1 hr a day to get in shape.. would you believe me when I say YOU NEED 10 :) Yeah! that's right... YOU NEED 10 A DAY TO MAINTAIN GREAT HEALTH!!!! ..... here's how......
... with just 10 minutes a day in the morning + proper diet, you are half way there. I believe that most of us aim to be healthy, less visits to the doc, less pain on any part of the body and better yet, to not fear whenever there's an epidemic scare with out immune system sky high... my case is a little different, I'm aiming to gain 20kg of lean muscles.... so i've to do a little extra... I'm a gym freak lah :P...... right, back to the topic...

what do i mean when i say just 10 minutes? I can feel the disbelieve through your eyes reading this log of mine now... hahaha.... believe it or not, there is a research (im too lazy to search for it now... google it) anyways, by waking up 10 minutes earlier every other day to workout, you can boost up your metabolism to burn more fats throughout the day. Depending on the intensity of the exercise you perform of course. You can't just expect to gain a chicken by breeding rabbits. So a 10 minutes workout before your breakfast could turn you into a furnace factory to burn fats.. but remember to take the right sorta food. if not, it's just a waste of time and energy cause you will end up burning muscles instead of fats. So never skip the MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY..... "breakfast" and I don't mean, nasi lemak, nasi katok (for Bruneians), murtabak, roti cannai.... etc.. best would be a mixture of complex carbs to last you for the day, with fibers to sustain the fullness longer and of course, quality sugar from fruits (preferably not the canned ones) to gives u energy after depleting them from the workout.

just 10 minutes.... what sorta workout? be creative.. u can jog, light aerobics, rope skipping, treadmill, ... etc.. b creative (remember... I'm talking bout general health and maintaining a nicely shaped body.. not bodybuilders ya) I believe you can draft out the 10 minutes a day if you choose to... and I won't take no for an answer.. cause I know people who can...

sit on their throne..
sit in the part and stare blank into the sky
sit in the gym and stare at the opposite sex
go clubbing every night
go drinking every night
sit and watch tv while munching a bowl or whatever

........ the list goes on and on..... so if you tell me you don't have time...... it's your choice... 10 minutes.. just 10 minutes....
