burning more than you think

It's such a common sight around the gym compound. With people who exercised for a couple of minutes and stepped out to take a few puff. And then comes in to take another few kgs before stepping out for few more sticks. It's not just annoying for people who are still pumping inside the gym with all the smokes clouding the gym or even the smell which irritates gym enthusiast who wants to concentrate to get in a few more of those plates but smoking right after a workout could actually harm you a lot more than you think.... y so?

well, 1st of all... why do you exercise? other that building a beautiful physics, im sure you would want to improve your stamina for everyday activity, health so you spend less on medications and can enjoy great food throughout your whole life..... etc.. wait.. if you have already build a stronger physics with superb stamina.. that means your organs are stronger as well as functioning at tip top condition... so wouldn't that make your lungs stronger too ?? awesome right.. so in everyone knowledge, that means you can smoke more cause your are healthier and your lungs are running perfectly.. but on the contrary, with stronger lungs, that means you take in stronger breath and absorb more air into the system. like a clean car air filter. but have any of you open up your car filter and check out the sight in there? at least you can replace that filter.. what bout your lungs? with stronger organs, you absorb more smokes than those who are less active.....

since we are talking bout organs today... for the heavy drinkers, same scenario different agenda.. with bodybuilding and workout, you build a stronger liver which in returns filters better and absorb better... all those alcohol consumed will just get absorb fully... you can have your social beer or drink once in a while just to relax. but not too often...

Birthday Party @ Tea Time Taman Mayang

I think this is one of our fav spot.. not too sure why.. maybe its cause its the center to wherever every1 of us is coming from.. lol... anyways, it was Pikky, Lester and Jean's Birthday for the mth and they decide to celebrate it all together.... As usual, I try my best not to drink too much cause my alcohol level is not too high... but with all the games going and Jacinta pouring every1's glasses almost always... I got a bit tipsy... anyways, I was molested by 2 kids... lol... gosh... can't believe that kids nowadays are so ganas.... lol... anyways... its not serious molesting.. they were just trying to make a joke bout a group of grown ups who have a tee bit too much to drink... lol

no.. im not pointing fingers... its my 1st finger... lol

Hidden Beneath The shadows

171108 - Pretty much like all cancerian, we hide in our shell a lot... i may deny it.. but what's the point of telling when I know.. if I tell, No one will understand.. and of course, If ever I do find some1 who does feel me... il open up... that day has yet to come.. anticipating for the one who truely deeply sincerely understands me.. or at least tries to... heck.. i don even understand me.. how can i expect ppl to?? lol... but anyhow..

I've living life to the fullest, enjoying every moment of it... savoring every bit of its juice till the bottom...

and sharing it with every1 who's willing to open up to me and be sincere...

Last night was another milestone in my journey. I actually accidentally open up my deepest sorrow to some1 i just met for couple of times..lol.. all thanks to alcohol...I know Im not suppose to tell.. but somehow, I can't control my brain... trying hard to stop myself with a clear mind... but anyways... Im sure she won't remember a thing I've told her last night.. cause she was pretty drunk.. hopefully cause Im not much of a drinker.. and Iv no experience in telling whether they r drunk or not..... yes... Bong Cheng Tzuu has only been drunk not more than 5 times and consume alcohol not more than 10 times... lol.. u can laugh bout it... but Im an athlete.. Im healthy... so wat!!

listening to her telling me her pains and sufferings reminded me a lot bout myself when i was younger... I totally felt it.. honestly.. I do.. seeing her cry it all out really pierce my heart and punctured a hole in me cause I was helpless in this situation... I hate it when I know I can't help to ease some1's problem... I've been tru a lot.. I know how painful it is... and I really don't wan to c any1 else goin tru the pain.. tru enough, we can't help every1 but least I can do is to help those who are sincere to c me as a person....I was really depressed last night Not cause I dono what to do to help.. its because she has to face the fears herself.. I can't replace her spot to face them for her.. Took me years to face my own demon... no one else can solve it except herself... If she is willing, Im willing to share my experience and advice.. and hope it motivates her and help her to rid herself off her demons too..

Haiz.. and I tot im a Heartless bastard who can't even cry no matter what happened.. I've shed tears twice within the last 2 months for others... I guess, I find it funny to shed tears for myself since I know I can solve all problems and If i can't, God and Jesus is always beside to support me up.. Now, i've learnt something valuable too.. the next time Im acting and am required to cry, I know what to think of... lol.. arghhhhhh..... sometimes really stress when you wana cry but can't cry it out... forcing myself to cry it out would almost always turn into a series of loud laughters cause I look so stupid forcing myself to cry my sorrows out in front of the mirror.... ish... ish....

A Trip down to Johor...

Well, couple of weeks ago, i went down to Johor to work for an event.. well, a Samsung Roadshow event to be exact... Tons of things happened along the way and of course, during the event too.... well, here are some to which I find interesting.....

oh.. here is one of my colleague.. well, I just took tis for the sake of showing ppl how sweet KL boys are...lol.. he actually bought a Evian bottle for a gal which he denies that he likes, actually, he was hoping that the gal paid him back since its kinda expensive.. but he complained to me that the gal just thank him... he was kinda having a heartache.. well, wallet ache... hahaha... anyways, it was cause the gal has allergy towards unclean water... but seems like she can't take the Evian too... so our friend here asked for 1/4 drank bottle back cause it was expensive.. and like hung on to it like its national treasure.. he would suck on it sip by sip and enjoy the drink every couple of minutes... hahaha... sweet isn't it...

He has it by his side all the time... I wonder if he is still keeping the bottle.... ???

Gosh, ppl from Johor are really rich aren't they... with the fuel hike.. they can still afford this sorta luxurious car... Thank God that the fuel went down another RM 0.15

Rare Sight - Bong with a Vodka

I always finds it really interesting when someone catch me at a situation like the picture above...cause

do you know how high can ppl get on BONG WITH VODKA??? emm... do you know what BONG is actually.... GOOGLE it... lol...

anyways... I was being naughty while I was snappin frenzy so I took tis pic.. and the vodka don't even belong to me... lol.. ops.. borrow only la kai... muahahaha....

i was kinda busy the past few days with trainings and preparations for the up coming shooting... and of course, im going to be singing tomorrow...lol.. yeah.. sing.. cause there is this program which is a new game show for ... emm... iv no idea who.. bt anyways, they need ppl to actually listen to the earpiece and sing it out... and they r going to record it down and play it back during the real show to confuse the participants... all the best to them... :P lol.. bt hopefully, they don't ask me to sing any foreign language songs... :P
