Ready for the MARTIAL ART FILM / COMPETITION

Been working out for the past 4mths since Chinese New Year 2009 and only push to the limits 2mths ago... the 1st 2 mths was really a casual thingy... up till the point my muscle was able to take on the beating, I was hitting the gym at 5 hrs a day... the instructor calls me the Army Boy cause Im beating up my body harder than any IRON MAN.

A Malay Wedding @ Shah Alam

One of those events Im involved in.. this one here is the most exaggerated.. they have 14 canopy being set up.. whoa... 14 is a huge number... what do u think they do for a living...?? anyways, the neighbours told me that they had another wedding recently (eldest Son) and just as much being spent... lol

anyways, they are horrible at giving directions and worst when it comes to organizing people. Anyways, I arrived early and started setting up my system at their neighbour's garage.. The mother of the bride came over just when I was about to setup the speakers and asked of me, "Can you set these speakers here at the start of the show and shift to the other end when they are having the performance?" Weirdest request I've received so far and of course, I think she doesn't think when she speak. and worst of all, its gonna rain soon too. anyways, I explained to her that If she wanted it that way, I've to take time to shift the speakers from one end to the other and re-routing the wiring. But the food was great and of course, The Traditional Kelantan Durian Cendol (Shaved Ice Dessert)

Oh well, All I could say is that She is the worst client yet... lol

Castrol Magnatec Roadshow

Well, another event another day... I did the setting up of the sound system here at Sunway Pyramid, New Wing. Castrol Magnatech's having a roadshow in accordance to the Fast and Furious Launch. They are having lots of games going on and many prices to be won.. but most of all, I would wanna have these cars.. lol... the roadshow is still going.. I'll be down in Kuantan for the event...

THE PUNISHER 2 : WAR ZONE

I've just watched Punisher 2 : War Zone and Its definitely better than the previous version of Punisher. The whole graphic is a lot more advanced compared to the predecessor. But what can I say, the previous version was made quite a while back and well, the tech is not so much there yet.. if you look at starwars as well, the now labeled 4,5 and 6 epd is excellent being watched then but if you compared it to the 1st - 3rd epd, the cinegraphic and style is totally different. Don't get me wrong, Starwars 4th - 6th is still good and im still watching it up till now :P

And so, Punisher2 : war zone is absolutely brilliant and worth watching with all the violent, gore and blood to pack it up for 103 minutes action pack entertainment :)

WHEY is the Game!!

After changing to UN Ultra Whey Pro (The worst protein shake I've ever tasted) I finally decide to change back to ON 100% Gold Standard Whey after Im done with the 100 servings.. now im down with 92 servings on the tub.. getting a 10 lbs pack right after. gosh, i miss my ON WHEY!!

but at the moment im taking MuscleTech's NitroTech Hardcore too. The Vanilla Flavor is absolutely fabulous. Taste like McDonalds' Vanilla Ice-cream. lol... Im only on the 2nd serving tomorrow so i've no comment to the date. Got it for free though because my Hydroxycut hardcore had some problem with the FDA... the report is on the net on the 1st May 2009. so Im stopping my HH usage till further notice.

NTV7 - MAN OF THE HOUSE

I've been watching this drama almost to the final episode and I got really touched by the sacrifice and dedication the dad had to endure to hold the house together.

People, Please appreciate your parents and understand how much they have work hard to provide for us the best. Even though sometimes they may force us into doing something we don't like but do understand, we live in a different era and what works for them then might not work for us now, but they won't understand that because there is nothing else in their mind except for our success and safety.

I love you mom and dad.... sorry if I've been such a bad boy... a little rebelious at times.... but If anyone who knows my parents and is reading this log, please tell them I really love them and I know what I'm doing now. I know I've to suffer a lot now for my goal but the sacrifice is worth the harvest.

(P.S. Please tell your parents that you love them)

X-Men Origins - Wolverine

Iv just watched X-Men Origins (Wolverine) @ One Utama. Gosh, I went in late because I had to wait at the ATM machine while they insert the money into the machines. anyways, thinking I weren't late, I asked the counter and he told me that I weren't late. So I purchase it and when I enters, Its already 5 minutes passed. The Guy lied to me..... gosh, these ppl have the nerves. Anyways, the film was awesome that I've forgotten about his unethical act.

All I can say its a must see film. Its a lot better than X-men predecessors films but unfortunately, there were some flaws in the 3D effects on Wolverine's adamantium claws when he revealed it at the barn house washroom. but after that, all the other claws' appearance was fabulous.

The whole film happens too fast but i guess its due to time constrain. But I kinda like deadpool's character in the comics.. but sadly, he was decapitated almost to the end of the show. And Ryan Reynolds is a brilliant actor... Aikz.. but he only appear in proper form at the beginning :'( Huge Jackman is forever a great actor who surprises you everytime... especially when you watched his live stage performances and trying to imagine Wolverine on stage singing and dancing :P hehehehe.....

The 1st time I saw Liev Schreiber was in Scream as Cotton Weary. Gosh, He is fantastic from back then up till now. Playing sabertooth gives him a great impact.. but i've always imagine Goldberg playing the role cause Sabertooth is a huge character :P but Liev im impressed at his wild nature :P

gosh, so many good actors in one show... its definitely gonna be a long log but, every one of the cast is fabulous and did a great job.

All thumbs up... I even have to borrow thumbs from the neighbours :P
