After working out 1-2 times a week during the 1st 1 1/2 mths and a full intensed 1mths 5days a week schedule... I managed to pack on sum lean muscles and loose tons of fats.. got ripped at the mid-section... and that is just parts of my programmed.. I managed to just do it within 3 mths.. so can you :P just need the right attitude, programme and diet plan :)
I offer personal guidance but, if you wanna see results, be discipline and follow the course throughly.... I offer my advices and programme at a very reasonable rate :)
