After almost 3 months non gym active

Im not too sure what is my body fats percentage nw but i know definitely not 3% as before I started my hibernation :P Just went for my medical check-ups 2 days ago and the results came back all perfect with tip-top health conditions according to the doc :) And I still eat lots of wholemeal bread and peanut butter. No doubt, I MISS gym so I made a visit to my friend's gym in Miri where i used to work out after i came back to Miri to see some old friends.
