Our Caring Society
Its been quite sometime now since I last took the public transport and this is what I get. LOL. Anyways, The nurse... or should I say, nurses (A couple of them) was awake when the 2 old man walks into the bus. They took a look at them and yet, sat comfortably on the seat letting the old man swaying with the bus.. Then the bus stop, a seat was vacant, an young indian lady rushed to the seat, walking pass the old man to dash to the seat. Right then, she started laughing and giggling away having fun with her bunch of friends who all together fought for the seats.

Indian Rojak at Taman Bahagia
Well, I've been told that the Rojak at Taman Bahagia is brilliant by a friend of mine which i met at the Bus station.. I've been dying to try it since then and finally I got the chance when I had a to change my bus at Taman Bahagian the other day after my gym session...
Its located exactly opposite the Taman Bahagia LRT station, just next to the small park.. If you see the Train station on your right, then the park is on your left.... its a small Lorry as shown below.. so anyways, I didn't had the chance to sit down and eat it cause I need to catch my ride home so I had a take away... but you can sit down, relax and enjoy your rojak and Chendul ( which is a local kinda dessert (shaved ice on a variety of mixture of peas and nuts)... anyways... I took it home and attacked it straight away...
compared to the SS15 Rojak, this is way out of the league... Portion wise, Its a drastic difference... and the taste.. this one taste nothing but salty and not even spicy enough.. the ingredient is not up to standard.. the ones which is suppose to be crispy, isn't and the tofu is really hard....
so, your choice... whether to give it a shot or just go for the one at subang ss15 which I've posted up in my previous log... I would say this is only 1*
The stall is just next to the park and under a tree..
you'll never miss the tables n chairs under the tree...
a view at the LRT station from the stall
the portion.... well, compared to the one in SS15, its a major steep difference...
just look at how empty the container is
it looks nice....
and looks yummy...
but it taste nothing but salty.... and heck... its not even spicy...

Claypot dishes anyone?
Well, I was down down couple of days ago... and I was walking about in Ampang Park... sounds lots like hyde park... lol... anyways... the weather is hilarious... cause its been raining a lot lately... anyways... If you take a train or sort... just get off at Ampang Park station of the Rapid KL (kelana Jaya line) and walk towards this building called Ampang Plaza which was formerly known as Plaza Yow Chuan .... well, its very noticable with the "Gold Gym" signage at the curb of the sidewalk... Its actually situated at Jalan Tun Razak, KL.
anyways... just enter the building and take an escalater down and head towars the lower groundfloor.. you will never miss the foodcourt.... I've yet to try any of the other food around... but I heard a great deal regarding the Claypot rice dish and so.. I head towards it straight away..
Its called A1 Claypot House right at the corner of the lot.. there are couple of dishes here... there are serving rice on the left and noodles on the right.. I bet the noodle is very good since the queue was too much for my empty stomach to wait on.... so I head to the rice station and ordered a Chicken claypot rice... the initial price is RM4.70... with the addition of the veges, its not RM5... so.. just add the vege anyways since a lot of us usually don have greens in our diet... lol...
well, All I can say bout the claypot rice is... GO FOR IT!! the portion is really something compared to any other RM5 dish in KL... its very filling.. the rice is not too sloggish and not too hard... the sauce is salty and mix well with the rice creating a tasty chewable rice.. the chicken is smooth and not too dry... well, proves that its freshly cooked chicken and not overnight dish.. the vege... well, just look at the pic.. look at the amount... so.. if you have not try the claypot rice here... you ain't taste claypot... lol...
This is how the stall looks like....
And my Chicken claypot rice... look at the vege toppings...
and of course.. the comparison of the size...
This is how the food court looks like if you so happens to be lost somewhere in another food court...
there are couple of interesting shops which I might try in the near future...
well... i think im going to try the thai corner..... 1st... lol

Flying Back Home for Chinese New Year 2008
As You all can see.. this is suppose to be the Chinese New Year Log... like early this year... and I've only got the time to blog it now... cause... i kinda forgotten all bout it... well.. like the folder was hidden among all the ... archives... lol.. anyways..
It all started out with three of us.. Heman, Mei Ling and Me... but .. like we are all taking the Airasia... Heman's flyin to Brunei.. Mei Ling's to Sabah and Im off to Sarawak... lol.. we r like from Borneo.. just different part of Borneo.. my flight is the earliest.. luckily.. since we all woke up pretty early tat day just to catch the train down to KL Sentral, and took a shuttle down to LCCT... As usual, with Heman and me around... everything can be crazy.. Its a pity I din take the pic when we both went down to singapore in 1999... lol
1st stop was the Kelana Jaya LRT station.. of course, we took a bus down from our place..
Our luggage.. don't be fooled by the size of mine... (Red) its empty.. cause i kinda got mine from London and I didn't wanna get a small one just in case I wanna store lots of stuff..
KL routine... Weekday
Me obviously not combing my hair with my slr.. I just like to travel relax and comfortable..
I got a bit frenzy with my SLR.... bt im not going to blog everything up
The Airasia shuttle... u know.. lots of these bus drivers like to have that Jap flag in their shuttle..
Heman giving me the smirk... lol... a cute big... emm... man... lol
and now, heman got frenzy with my SLR... lol...
I thought she looks kinda interesting, playing with her gameboy... If I bomb the shuttle, i think she won't know what hit her...
Look at the crowd... all travelling back for Chinese New Year... Lucky I book mine earlier... in fact, i've book mine for next year...
The tight security at the luggage screening booth...
Everyones busy with travel
and the excess baggage payment counter.. the amount Airasia is charging ... its a murder...
When you can't find a chair.. make sure u buy a big hard luggage...
Look at that queue.. lucky its not like how they take the train...
a long queue to pay for excess baggage
and sometimes when you just don't have a big hard luggage... :P
and when you are always on the go... and need to stay on the health track.. there is always the airport weighing machine..
Long queue from a distant
sometimes, after the screening, you can still stuff things into the luggage...
and finally, when u got bored of sitting on hard luggage.. or when u hear a crack... its time to stand
After the analysis... we got a bit hungry and so.. we head down to the food garden to have our lunch
Its suppose to be cheap.. but how do u define cheap in KL?
look at the empty space... its good enough to shoot a movie here... silent movie...
and of course... me reading the daily... cause i've nothing else to read...
after 1/2 hr sitting there.....
and finally some human presence...
don't be fooled by the clean stalls.... it is really clean...
a long stretch of food to choose from... don't stress yourself too much... all of them are alike...
the lazy cleaner who doesn't bother bout clearing the table......
Here is how my assam laksa looked like.. which taste nothing like one... lol
and the size of a RM5.50 Fried vemicilli... airport food... don't complain.. just eat...
finally, waiting at the departure gate... look at the queue... and its like they just jump in... here comes the usual malaysian culture... Push ... Push... when u can't get into the queue...
Look at this cute little boy.. his name is Peter.. Flying down to Sarawak too..
