GNC L-Arginine 500

Well, most of the time our N.O. Supplements supply 2000mg of these babies but since i've not been working out at the gym, i decide to give these babies a go. Famous for its "Cousins" who penetrated into the world of bodybuilding through "MuscleTech, Gaspari Nutritions...etc" L-Arginine is a type of Amino Acid which helps to increase N.O. synthesis, reduces healing time of injury, hasten repair time of damaged tissues and decrease blood pressure. But one word of advice, I've checked a lot of websites and logs and non have failed to inform everyone to "NOT TAKE AFTER A HEART ATTACK"

I've just taken 2 tabs for the time being.. today's the 3rd.. it's a little costly buying at GNC but right now, there is no one selling it or even supplying this raw "L-Arginine" .. as I was saying, most of them are sold blended with other ingredients... so I'll see how things goes from here...

This bottle here don't supply much @ 500mg per tab and the prescription says 1 tab per day. so don't over dose just yet if ur very new to all this kinda supplements. I think it's much too light for my case since i've been using the likes of "Gaspari Nutrition Superpump 250, VPX Shotgun V3, Nutrex Hemorage".... but i'm still sticking to the dosage stated....

DIURETIC

I was 1st introduced to this product from my good old friend back in Brunei. He was trying to get another friend of ours to get back in shape and so, Hydroxycut was introduced to us. I never believe in this sorta products back then... 1st is Bloody expensive and 2nd its all chemicals and I believe in a natural no supplementation way of exercise back then. anyways, after going AWOL on bodybuilding for the past 8 years, I finally came back to this sport which I love but with more matured knowledge on "HOW NOT TO HURT MY BODY" and "PROPER NUTRITION FOR BODYBUILDING"

anyways, i've been researching on this product and even missed out on GNC's special promotion :P anyways.. after making sure there is no harmful side effect which i mind risking, I bought loose tabs from the gym and 2 weeks later, went to a GNC store and purchased my 1st bottle.... but unfortunately, after 1/2 a bottle of consumption, FDA released an announcement to call back on all Hydroxycut products due to its harmful side effects (Release Note) but well, I'm adventurous and continued on using because I believe those people who were affected are those people who abuse the dosage. A lot of bodybuilder have been using this product for decades and yet they are still alive and well. It's only a matter of knowledge and discipline. At one time, i wanted to try overdosing myself to see the side effects so I can advice those who seek from me and I ended up hallucinating the whole day after overdosing myself for a whole week straight... lol... my heart was pumping so hard i can't even breath properly and i was very jittery and hyper. my brains were hitting 300kmh and everything was like speedy gonzales's world :P

I 1st started out with this product just to make sure I can take "The Legendary so called ultra-heart rate booster, metabolism enhancer which will cause sleepless nights" product... but no effect.. I didn't feel a thing.... so after 2 weeks of consuming it, I went to GNC... and got myself this... emm... Hardcore version

Well, I took only when i workout and yet, I didn't felt a thing. but my body is receiving. I can see my body getting dryer. but yet, my heartbeat is normal, breathing's normal..... as if i didn't take anything at all.. but funny bit, my body's burning fat and i can see my veins popping out all over my abs on the 5th tabs.... and yet, i don't feel jittery.... that's y i tried higher dosage :P muahahaha.... anyways, as I like to read and research on products which I would like to try and which will help in my quest to sculpt a perfect body, I came to know of this Product which claims to be much more hardcore than any other Diuretic.... the "LIPO 6 Black"

Of course, I did my research but not much reviews on this product (then) cause its still new. so I carry the believe that its much more stronger than Hydroxycut hardcore and got myself a bottle. nothing which i think i can't risk since the FDA released the HCH call back. anyways, my 1st tab............. no feeling... heartbeat normal, breathing normal.... and I think HCH has better result compared to Lipo 6 black. I still burn fat but not as much as HCH.

don't get me wrong... my friends who tried all three products and ended up with sleepless nights... I tried taking a tab at 9pm once and slept at 10pm like a baby..... :P (I've had 4 shots of Espresso at 12mn and still sleep like a baby at 1am)

Well, for my competition phase, I got this product on the final week. According to the manufacture, they claim that this is a competition strength... well, its on the label :P anyways... this is strong... i can feel it working on the 1st serving. I had a bit of difficulty breathing and lost a bit of my concentration.. but yet, the pump was good. (i get sleepy and lose concentration if i pump in too much stimulant into my body... but usually wears off once i sweat it out) anyways, on the 5th day, i fell sick due to dehydration and had sore throat along with fever. 2 days before competition... hahaha... i guess i underestimated the product... anyways.... my advice... don't overdose :) happy trying

Amway for Health

Well, Health is quite an issue today. Especially with the H1N1 and the H5N1 or whatever N's which will surface sooner or later... and also the Michael Jackson's Death. I guess a lot of people are looking into Health. I've always believe in taking care of ourselves and Prevention is better than cure. I've reminded people I love again and again to remember to drink lots of water and get enough rest but all seems too much of a blasphemy as I only sleep 2 - 3 hrs per day usually, sometimes I forget to drink when I'm busy and I rarely take supplements for health cause I've to draft my finances to supply for my career. LOL... oh well, I guess, Its time to look into health now.. better late than never... hahaha...

anyways, I don't really go frantic or fanatic over anything much and even as an Amway Distributor, I will not force a product on others. I will always analyze what people want and introduce to them what suites them. If they want to build muscle, I get them down to GNC for convenience and if they don't mind the trouble, Il intro them to some other place where they can either make a COD or get it shipped to them... I myself take Amway Nutrilite Protein for general health but not for bodybuilding. usually, I take em protein during my clean cycle off the Whey Proteins... anyways, I went down to grab a Vitamin C which is good as a Detoxifier and cool down my body heat, a Vitamin B for skin, hair, eye, mouth and liver health, Daily for multi-vitamin dosage..

apart from that, I got myself a toothpaste. Well, the last time I got one, lasted me ages at a very reasonable price of RM18 (Member Price) A lot of people told me that Amway is expensive but with the duration of usage, I guess its worth every penny :)

Its been 2 weeks since I last use ON 100% Gold Standard Whey and gosh, Iv experience an extra inch on my chest.. what used to be 37.5 has now been confirmed 38.5 just now when I went for the wardrobe fitting for a local Malay Film at Ampang. 260309 - with a tight schedule today, i managed to slot in 2hrs movie due to the rain... what?? rain u may ask.... lol.. yeah, rain... i was on my way to double vision but the clouds don't look too promising so I turned into One Utama.. as I reached the parking lot, the sky starts to drizzle.. thank God I made the right decision... anyways, it was a complete pack schedule which had to be altered due to nature's calling... anyways, I had plans to head to One Utama once Im done with.. so I head straight to GNC to look for the Muscletech Hydroxycut Hardcore and well, with a long.... long.... long... consideration... I finally purchased it and tomorrow is the 1st day Im using it... anyways...

The sky has not cleared and there is nothing else i wanted to do, and I got a bit hungry.. I didn't know what to get.. and well, out of the blue, I just decide to watch a film and eat pop-corn..lol.. so i went straight to the cinema floor and browse tru the list of movies.. and there is was "Gone shopping" by Wee Li Lin caught my eye cause I've heard so much bout it... so I went straight to the counter without a 2nd thought to check on the seatings.. to my surprise, its only 5% sold... so anyhow, I bought a ticket and went straight into the hall with my pop-corn.. lol

I went in, 2 couples already in, waiting for the show... but unfortunately, the techinicians seems to be sleeping.. lol cause the attendants have to come in with a walkie-talkie to get em to start the show.... so anyhow.. its a nice film to watch and I find it really interesting that its shot in tri-lingual... I mean, this is the way to do it.. what does us malaysian and singaporean are rich of... culture, race and traditions. but damn.. sum1 beat me to it.. I mean, I was planning to make a short film with is as realistic s possible with unnecessary force on language limitations.. anyhow.. its a pretty artistic film and you have to sit through it and listen to understand. But I have to say, Wee Li Lin did a good job with the film.. editing is quite all right but the subtext is brilliant... unfortunately, not everyone appreciate the film... by the time the film ends, Im the only one left :(

Synopsis :
