Back in Miri

It's been 5 days since I landed in Miri, I've a great time with my family and well, future still worries me... my near plan is to gather enough capital... no time for love, no time for anything else but to gather more money and spend more time with my family... of course not to mention, maintain all the hard-worked muscles i've been working for..

Not easy hey... hahaha but I've got myself a dumbbell from Survey supermarket at a ... quite reasonable price... iv like injured my abs by over abusing the abs roller... anyways, been hitting 1000 crunches even when my abs are killing me... hahaha.... got myself an "ON 100% Gold Standard Whey" and i still have my "Creatine" from KL... anyways... CNY been crazy for me... i've been eating frenzy.. but well, im trying my best to hold myself back from food and ... NOT EASY...

Will start gym once the New Year mood is over and ... well, once the gym is open... lol

WHEY is the Game!!

After changing to UN Ultra Whey Pro (The worst protein shake I've ever tasted) I finally decide to change back to ON 100% Gold Standard Whey after Im done with the 100 servings.. now im down with 92 servings on the tub.. getting a 10 lbs pack right after. gosh, i miss my ON WHEY!!

but at the moment im taking MuscleTech's NitroTech Hardcore too. The Vanilla Flavor is absolutely fabulous. Taste like McDonalds' Vanilla Ice-cream. lol... Im only on the 2nd serving tomorrow so i've no comment to the date. Got it for free though because my Hydroxycut hardcore had some problem with the FDA... the report is on the net on the 1st May 2009. so Im stopping my HH usage till further notice.

Universal Nutrition - ULTRA WHEY PRO

Iv just purchase this GIANT SIZE protein after my previous tub of ON 100% Gold Standard Whey depleted. This is not the largest size as I was told there is a 20 lbs size at the price of RM831 for 303 servings at Ego Nutrition.

The one i got is the 6.6lbs at the price of RM280 for 100 servings / RM2.80 per serving. Hahahaha... news flash, this is not the cheapest as the one I was using was at RM2.59 per servings but I wanna give it a shot to see if its better than the one I was using.

This is another product, SciVation Whey 10lbs at the price of RM357 for 160 servings / RM2.23 per serving. The most economical in the market at the moment... which I know of actually... if there is any other much cheaper but with the same quality and content as this one, please inform me :) I would love to purchase it and of course recommend it to my friends. Initially, I wanted to buy this product, but due to the lack of fund, I have to settle for the one I have now.

The UN Ultra Whey Pro is said to be the purest whey protein available and contains triple whey formula protein supplement. I've yet to try it so I have no comment on the taste. I've just tasted it and boy can I tell you... be prepared for the taste... according to the sales person, Vanilla tends to clogs up, strawberry's very artificial and the chocolate is..... emmm.... just be prepared... :P The drink is really thick and creamy so pls follow the prescribed amount... i had the usual 9ounce water with a spoonful of powder and boy, its packed... :S

Its been 2 weeks since I last use ON 100% Gold Standard Whey and gosh, Iv experience an extra inch on my chest.. what used to be 37.5 has now been confirmed 38.5 just now when I went for the wardrobe fitting for a local Malay Film at Ampang. Hmm.. iv never believe in using supplements for my workout but right now, im recommending em to ppl im giving personal training to.
