A lot of people had the wrong misconception on this machine as a mass building tool. Instead, this is actually an isolation workout which work the inner most pecs to get it really ripped and squeezed. without a decent amount of mass on your pride chest, there is no point in jumping onto this machine to squeeze as there is nothing much to squeeze on...lol. make sure you work hard on your benches before you decide to take the big squeeze :)
start of by adjusting your level to a comfortable angle with your upper arms in par with the floor and your elbow pointing straight downwards.
elevate the plates a little to get ur muscles out of the comfort zone. Breath in and contract your pecs as you pull both your arms in towards each other and exhale.
Do not rest when you are wide open, instead take 1/2 a second and quickly do another rep and squeeze hard for a good 1 second or 1 1/2 second before you spread it out again.
