25 Dec 2008 - last day of my Celebrity Fitness trial.... lol... well, im quite satisfy with the outcome.. but its still my very own effort that got me sumwhere... cause i didn't use their trainers... well, i have a set of manual myself and of course... i do give out lessons on how to slim down or gain weight... that is if u trust a guy who has no qualifications in this field but filled with experience... lol.. i started body pumping at the green age of 11... what do u think ?? lol
