Happy Chinese New Year 2009

Another year has passed and its the year of the Bull.. nothing changed much cept that the world economy is still in a state of turmoil and the weather is extremely horrific. Its been raining daily back here in Borneo and floods are everywhere. Landslides killing two in miri and I've not seriously read the news.. but know this... God will still BLESS us Abundantly if we keep our faith up high and on Him who is the creator.. we just have to believe and keep believing and do not believe what our eyes see, our nose smell, our tongue taste and our hand feels.... believe.. believe ... believe....

its a ravaging bull but we are the tamer... lets tame this Bull in 2009

Rain.... Rain... Go away....

Gosh... been 3 days since im back and it has not stopped raining.... only the 1st day and there was a disaster here in miri.. Landslide by Canada hill... 2 casualties, both are Petrol attendants... then Kuching has been flooded ever since... haiz.. hopefully, the rain will stop so i can take a swim in the sea... I miss the sea so so so much.... and of course... wana get into my trunk with my newly gain back washboard abs... :P hahahaha....

anyways... im hitting the gyms again today.. paid for a 2 weeks pass and will be working out daily... i felt sooooooooo guilty for the past few days cause iv been eating like a hog non stop... and only today i felt a lot better after the gym... hahaha..... anyways.. hopefully, i get to have all the time i can at the gym... not fully complete but still, its a working gym :)
