END of MASS Building and Beginnig of Ripping up

After 2 weeks of pumping Hardcore and Heavy... it's time to cycle my trainings.... of well, i'll c how i can rip up... with a little alter on my diet again.. :P

Back is definitely getting all the ripping after trying out new ways to work it out :P

So does my lat with deep separations..
