wish u all a great holiday... im sure most of us who are in my timezone had just had a big feast... the rest are just waiting for the reunion dinner to be served... bt its not a time to slack... bt that don't mean we can't enjoy.. just remember to be moderate on the dinner table and relax.. 2 days off for the gym don't mean you will not be fit anymore.. just enjoy the time with your family and let those hard earn muscle rest to grow more... but be sure to get back on track after the holidays :) have fun and stay lean

Bodybuilding is not just about muscles

There are many values to be learn from bodybuilding.. It's not just about muscles, 6 packs, men in tight underwear on stage outdoing each other.... It's not even about how heavy you bench. If this is your opinion on bodybuilding then you have yet stepped into the world of pumping iron.

You see, bodybuilding is more than just working out in the gym or to some in the big field or track field. Being one mean we have to constantly watch our diet, manage our time and dedicate ourselves to a routine and stick to all those mention above. If you have tried dieting then you would know what I mean pure dedication to what you have set out to achieve. It's not impossible. Nothing is ever impossible. And I've used myself as an example. I've been maintaining my diet since 2008. Since the day I made up my mind to make a change. Initially it was hard, trust me, I've to drag myself out of the chocolate aisle in a supermarket and ppl around thinks im nuts.. muahaha.... bt then.. whenever my subconscious tell me that it's ok, there's always another day to start .. I put a stop to it and tell myself, "NO!" if i don start today, i'll never begin. From here, we learn determination, discipline, determination and never to give up or give in easily.

I know its hard to keep up with family, friends, work and exercise. but try this, my previous job requires me to be on call anytime cause too many last minute jobs and most of the time iv to work 16 hrs a day. I make sure I wake up 5am everyday to get my cardio in and make breakfast, snacks and lunch before I head out to work. It's not an easy task either. I've to pull myself out of the bed, walk to the washroom with my eyes close and boil water too in that state. lol. then whenever i've no last minute work, i'll hit gym. sometimes, the call time is around 7pm. Il take my dinner and rush to the gym and finish off by 6:30pm.. you see, if you set your priority right, it's almost impossible not to get everything in.. I know a lot of ppl who kept on telling me that they wanna slim down and workout bt every time they have free up time, they will be loitering around shopping complex, clubbing, drinking in a pub, sitting around the coffee shop... etc... even if its only 30 mins a day, its already sufficient enough to burn fats and build muscle.. it's all bout learning to set your priority right and manage your time properly.

so don't just go to the gym to workout or build muscle.. but learn bout human value as well..

When you smoke, so does your love ones!

Well, I notice recently a lot of people have been puffing forevermore ferociously in public places. even in close rooms along with others who don't smoke at all.

well, I just came back from a work trip in Johor and well, what can I say, I was stuck in a room with a heavy smoker.. I told him that I'm very allergic to smoke but the only answer i got from him is

"You can open the bath room window"

when he was smoking at the other end of the room where my bed was in between his and the bathroom... anyways... I told him again that I'm serious but he just irresponsibly answered

"Don't worry lah, It's ok wan *Neh.. you will get used to it"
*neh means brother in Tamil **correct me if im wrong :P

anyways... what can I do rite.. you expect a civilized person to jump over and beat the shit out of him?? -_-|||

oh well, you must remember, you are not the only one on earth (it would b a disaster when that day come) and if you don't value ur life, pls don't put others who do in jeopardy. we share a common world where every1's trying to gasp for fresh air without pollution. a lot of people don't smoke at home cause they don't wanna put their own family at risk (those who do..... well... i have nothing to say) and decides to smoke outside where they are not related to any of the public crowd... BUT know this, we are related somehow or another... we flow the same blood and mayb we are not closely related.. but we are millions of years ago... and if you don't wanna look that far.. that guy or gal whom u health raped might just turn out to be your daughter's or son's husband or wife and the father or mother or your beloved grandchildren..... think bout that....

NTV7 - MAN OF THE HOUSE

I've been watching this drama almost to the final episode and I got really touched by the sacrifice and dedication the dad had to endure to hold the house together.

People, Please appreciate your parents and understand how much they have work hard to provide for us the best. Even though sometimes they may force us into doing something we don't like but do understand, we live in a different era and what works for them then might not work for us now, but they won't understand that because there is nothing else in their mind except for our success and safety.

I love you mom and dad.... sorry if I've been such a bad boy... a little rebelious at times.... but If anyone who knows my parents and is reading this log, please tell them I really love them and I know what I'm doing now. I know I've to suffer a lot now for my goal but the sacrifice is worth the harvest.

(P.S. Please tell your parents that you love them)

Man of the House @ NTV7

I've just managed to watch this interesting drama online. Its our usual common local drama which pictures a local family and the usual crisis surrounding a family. But what makes this drama interesting to me is that I see part of my life being portrayed in the drama itself.

How the eldest son Zhen Jianyi being constantly misjudged and misunderstand by his dad, his working lifestyle (Though, Im not as lazy as he is but I've changed numerous jobs which my dad constantly reminded me that I can change 12 jobs per year and still come home for Chinese New Year and in return, i told him, not only CNY, I can even come back for Christmas, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Gawai, wesak, labour day...... n etc.... :P) and how he met a gal of his dream but after finding out that she is super rich, and all other suitors are rich and famous, came to a self realization and retreats to a corner and didn't dare to even think bout persueing her anymore because of such a big gap in society value.

The 2nd son, Zhen Jian’er's relationship with his other half who is constantly giving him problem and her distrust causing him problem at work. Her forever "always have something destructive to say" mother-in-law" and feeling of being caged.

The 3rd son, Zhen Jiansan passion for what he wants in life is being restrained by his dad who wants him to be what his dad wants of him.

Well, here is a proof of what my friends who kept on reminding me that my life is like right out of a film / drama script..... lol

A warm experience

I've always enjoy family members company and Im so glad that i could catch up with my brother who came down for a business trip.... but anyhow.. i'll be flying home soon and I'll get to see every1... yeah.... I miss you all...

ONE in a MILLION audition.....

GOSH!! i din know when they mention "One in a Million" there really are a million contestant participating... lol... I wanted to join in the fun but my brother came down from Borneo and so I accompanied him... I believe family, Love and friends come 1st... nothing like spending time with them.... anyways... after I walked my brother to the KL Sentral, I went back to Time Square... I was walking pass the audition hall... and it was empty.. thinking that I was a wee bit too lucky cause no one was there.... but the staff told me that its the last audition hall... i have to walk further to the 1st round draft... lol... so I walk.... and "wah!..... Wah!!... WAh!!!... WAH!!!!!!!" what can I say, check out the pic below..... lol

one in a million... gosh, every1 wana haf a shot to fame... they were ppl camping there, eating there, squating, lying, gazing, u name it... from old to young and back to old again... hahaha... and you can see all sorta ppl lining up just to give it a shot.... and so... I left cause I know.. its near to impossible to wait...

Ive received numerous calls asking me how I am after they found out that I had an accident... I am really touched. hehehe... but.. but but..... no.. im not going to the doc or hospital for a check up.. hahaha... i think its just minor injury.. may look serious.. emm... feel serious.. but im doing great... in fact i went to the gym today to work out... hahahaha.... only feel the sting on my hip now... and of course, when i enter into the steam room... hahaha.. ouch.. but overall, i think everything is working perfectly... :P (winks) and not to mentioned.. i was cheeky enough to apply my aloe vera on the open wound and ended up struggling on the bed for hours.. hahaha.. word of advice.. never apply aloe on open wound... :P

Friendship vs RM1

What is RM1 or maybe a couple of $$$ compared to a friendship?

A lot of people nowadays lost touch with why they are created for.. forgetting why great wars are won or and how battles are lost. Too much of us are indulge in the materialistic world we live in now.. care too much for that piece of paper with a half cut head printed all over it... sad to say... money is really important... even to me who is surviving with that pile i have now trying to make a difference in the film industry... just yesterday, i was hovering outside the camera store, thinking whether or not to buy that video camera... But I need it... Need it to shoot, to chase after a dream to help others who are not given a chance to have hope again... but If I buy it.... I'll have to survive on RM1 a day for the next couple of weeks till my checque clear.. or mayb another month... and if it prolongues... il have to start grazing the grass outside....

BUT HEY YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE.... IM GOING TO BUY THAT CAMERA CAUSE ITS MY DREAM, AND I DIE FOR IT!!

shhh.... don tell my family if ur reading this..lol.. cause i know they will not want to see me in starvation

...hahaha... anyways... even at this kinda situation... I'll never let money $$$ overlap friendship... because I know at the end of the day, when Im strip naked and burried 6 feet under, you are all I have apart from my family... in fact... I would want you sincere and honest friends to be a part of me... my family..

needless to say, Im disappointed by some friends for the past couple of weeks... and hey, Im ok.. Im still surviving.. I've been there, done that... Don't have to worry bout me ya... :P cheers

I am no saint myself... neither am I flawless... Im not perfect... and Im just another common sinner....but Im trying my best to stick to the word... to act according to what God has created us for... "LOVE"

Be kind to one another... if you see a senior citizen standing inside a public transport... let them have the seat... and senior citizen... u've been here longer than any of us.. the least you could do is be polite and respect the youngs.. thank them when they offer their kindness... don push your way through unethically or rudely....... when a handicape person come by, give them way or guide them to their destination....... especially people in the service line.... hey... go back... google or not... hit the library... find this book... "Customer Service Training 101: Quick and Easy Techniques that get great results by Renee Evenson".... it might let you have the idea of what customer service is all bout.... if you are human enough to understand....

Cuti Cuti Miri.. Pasar Malam.. come and Eat!! Eat !! Eat!!

Well, tis is the 4 log on Pasar Malam... what can i do.. i kinda snap up all the space in my 2G card.... :P I just love to snap... I'm trying to follow the sequence of all the pictures taken.. from the entrance to the other side of the exit.. and through the other side of the road... so I think most probably I'll still have a few more logs to go... then Im going to talk bout recent activities.. like my 8tv experience of Kan Chiong Kitchen.. and of course, my Amway event... oh, I went to PWTC today to attend the ceremony for Amway success appreciations..

anyways... lets get back to Pasar Malam...

Here we haf the all famous Banana Fritter.. Malaysian style.. compared to the ones I had in UK.. these r better.. way lot better...

Here is how u deep fry it... its 1st covered in batter which is a mixture of flour, egg..(I think) and hmm.. salt?? or sugar.. u decide.. lol... i think i haf to get the ingredient from my dad.. he is a great cook...

and so, the chef is very corporative enough to show me all the steps... well.. actually.. he is just doing what he is doing and i was lucky enough to have the patience to snap it all up...

Next, we have a selections of products of china.. lots of toys, household items,.. well, just name it.. china has got it... so these things here are not cheap.. but the quality is.. i would not advice anyone to buy here actually... but for the sake of experience... just buy one... :P

Here they have some cheap jewellery, watches, artificial gemstones.. but the sales r really doing a great job with thier PR. very convincing i would say..

Here you haf... emm... international perfume.. all made from... emmm.. somewhere.. and .. hmm.. i would never buy from them but.. there are lots of a certain ppl who buys em and its a killer... and i mean killer where when they walk pass you, even the germs die... :P

well, these clothes are not too bad... you can actually find nice ones here... just make sure you check and don mind the grammar... well... the thing is.. part from the food.. i never will buy anything else from here... there's a good reason to why it is so... anyways.. moving on..

Bananas... my favourite.. but I only take one type of banana.. and well, we call em "Keling" banana... its the best.. its extremely sweet.. reasonably sweet... compared to the rest.. over at this end, usually they calls em "Tamu" whereby they sell all the fruits, veges, and well, condiments... local condiments...

a whole family trading here.. its all to do with team-work.. and remember, the fruits and veges here are fresh and cheap.. if u know how to bargain.. u haf to have a sweet smile like mine to have a higher rate of success... lol

as you can see, most of the stalls are selling the same item or mostly in the same category... just browse around before you purchase...

here is something new for me... handicrafts... previously they weren't here.. but that was 4 years ago... the last time i step foot into pasar malam... not too bad.. local handicrafts.... worth a look..

as you can see, its still early.. there is no fun to buy during the day.... come at night.. its more happenning..
