Took my time off from the gym to relax my muscles so I can come back to pump fuller. I took 3 days off to carbo load. which ended up with 1.5kg loss ... hmm... bt i look a lot better with this size...

well, last but not least... im trying out a little artistic photography... c how well my muscle cope with lighting and the lens... if im camera friendly.... enjoy
